48-Hour Repair Response Time: As a Ferris Plumbing, Heating & Air Club Member, upon request, we guarantee 48-hour repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and repair(s) are needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500.

& AIR CLUB TERMS & CONDITION
This Ferris Plumbing, Heating & Air Club Membership with Ferris Plumbing, Heating & Air will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for one-year terms at the end of your current membership year unless you choose to cancel prior to the renewal or your Ferris Plumbing, Heating & Air Club Membership is canceled, terminated, or discontinued by you or Ferris Plumbing, Heating & Air.
Your method of payment will continue to be charged at the rates then in effect at the time of renewal.
You are required to notify Ferris Plumbing, Heating & Air immediately of any changes to your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank, or other account information.
Your Ferris Plumbing, Heating & Air Club Annual Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. Eligibility for your Ferris Plumbing, Heating & Air Club discount is contingent on your Ferris Plumbing, Heating & Air Club Membership having been in good standing for at least six months.
Included in your membership is one Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning every six months (prior to summer and prior to winter)*. We will attempt to contact you via email, mail, or telephone to schedule your free maintenance, or you can contact us directly at any time to schedule your appointment.
If you fail to take advantage of these benefits during your Annual term, these twice-annual Tune-up benefits are lost for the applicable Annual period and have no monetary value. Each Precision Tune-Up must be performed before the end of each season (summer and winter). If you fail to take advantage of these benefits, these Precision Tune-Ups and Professional Cleanings have no monetary value and are not a contractual component of this agreement.
*Heater-only systems receive one Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per year.

Annual Membership Billing Terms
The full annual payment is collected at the time of your service to initiate your Ferris Plumbing, Heating & Air Club Annual Membership.
Your membership term will begin on your commencement date and remain active for one full year from that date. Renewal billing for the following year will occur based on your original commencement date.
- Commencement dates of the 1st–15th will renew on the 15th of the same month the following year.
- Commencement dates of the 16th–31st will renew on the 30th of the same month the following year.
