Very professional from start to finish! Matt is a great salesperson and was actively involved in troubleshooting throughout the installation. I called Ferris Plumbing and HVAC the day after we returned from vacation because the hot water to our laundry room wasn’t working. Miraculously, they were able to fit us in the same day. Nick arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained what he needed to do. He completed the repair while making the hole he had to cut barely visible—especially behind the washing machine.
